From time to time, we may ask you to confirm where the funds you use for gambling comes from. If we do, it’s important that the documentation you provide clearly shows the actual source(s) of those funds and aligns with your betting activity.
What information might be required?
Betzone will only request documents relevant to your betting activity. Examples of acceptable evidence include:
- Proof of earnings: Payslip/Director remuneration/Dividends/Pension/Annual Tax Return;
- A bank or savings account statement showing consistent incoming payments from an identifiable source;
- A Trust deed clearly showing a consistent entitlement to funds;
- Dated proof of an award/payment made to you;
- Other clear evidence in relation to your activity with Betzone
How will my information be used?
The information and documentation you provide to us will not be shared it with any other businesses, but we may use this for our internal processes. What happens if I don’t provide any source of funds when asked?
Unfortunately, if you are unable to provide the required information or documentation, we may need to temporarily restrict your account until it is received. However, once you submit the requested materials, we will be able to re-review your account
