What is Source of Wealth or Source of Funds?

These checks, also known as SoW or SoF, are done in cases where we need to establish if you can afford to spend the amount you are spending or if we need to establish the source of the money you are spending with us. They are similar to the sorts of checks a bank or financial institution does on a regular basis.

We appreciate this may feel a bit intrusive but it is our duty to protect you and as a business that process financial transactions, we are obliged to undertake certain financial checks.
