What will happen to my account? 
All active accounts will be closed as part of the Betzone closure, and transaction history and account data will not be accessible on site after the closure date. 


How do I withdraw my funds? 
Whilst the site is still operational, you can withdraw your funds by logging into your account and navigating to the withdrawal section. When the website closes, we will attempt to return funds to the relevant card we have on file. If this fails and the site has already closed, you can still reclaim your balance by emailing support@betzone.co.uk to request a withdrawal. Please note that identity verification will be required for withdrawals after the site closure. This process may take some days. 


What should I do with my account before the website closes? 
To simplify the process, withdraw any remaining funds before the site closes by logging into your account and using the withdrawal section. If the site is already closed, email support@betzone.co.uk to request a withdrawal. Please note that identity verification is required for withdrawals after closure. 


What if I need a record of my transaction history? 
While the site is still operational, you can access your transaction history through your account. After the site closure, you will need to email support@betzone.co.uk to request this information. 


Will my data be safe?
Betzone will handle your data with the utmost security, your data will not be shared with any third parties nor will it be used to contact you for any future marketing. 


What happens to my promotions, bonuses, or free bets? 
Promotions, bonuses, and free bets that are not used before the site closed will expire and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

I have an ante-post bet. What will happen with this bet?
All ante-post bets will be refunded. This will be completed with the funds available for you to withdraw shortly.
