How can I withdraw my funds from the old Betzone website?

Betzone has changed ownership and licensing. As part of this process, previous existing accounts have been closed, and the site will operate under new management with a new UK Gambling Commission licence holder.

The former Betzone website closed permanently at 10pm, Tuesday, 14th January. After this time, access to the site was removed

No customer accounts from the former Betzone website have been migrated to the new site. All active accounts have been closed as part of the site closure, and transaction history and account data has not been transferred.

Since the site has closed, you must reclaim any balance by emailing customerservice@betzone.co.uk to request a withdrawal. 
Please note that identity verification will be required for all withdrawals.
