How do I withdraw my balance?

It's easy, just click on the 'Withdraw' button to go to the cashier. Alternatively, you can go to 'My Account' and 'Withdraw'.

Our standard minimum withdrawal amount is £10, but may be amended from time to time. 

Any customers who have a real money balance lower than this minimum can contact our Customer Support Team in order to withdraw the full balance amount.
