Why was my Proof of Address not accepted?

There are a few reasons why we may have been unable to accept the proof of address you provided:

1. It's out of date
2. It's not what we have requested
3. We can't see all the necessary information in the image
4. The details don't match what's on your account
5. It's not on our list of 'Accepted Documents'
6. The image is blurry, unclear, black and white or unreadable
7. The image is too zoomed in or out

If your document is rejected, we will send you an email to inform you why and give instructions on how to resend.
