What documents do you accept?

As a minimum to complete the KYC process, you will be required to provide a proof of identity or proof of address.

We recommend sending a driving licence (full or provisional) or passport to verify your identity and date of birth. 

It must be valid, in date, undamaged, signed and the image must show all the relevant information clearly. 

To verify your residential address, we accept bank statements, utility bills that are less than 3 months old or council tax bills issued in the current tax year.

In some cases we may ask for additional or alternative documentation to fulfil our verification requirements.
