What documents do you accept?

We recommend sending a driving licence or passport to verify your name and date of birth. It must be valid, in date, undamaged, signed and the image must show all the relevant information clearly. 

To verify your residential address, we accept bank statements, utility bills that are less than 3 months old or council tax bills issued in the current tax year.

In some cases we may ask for additional or alternative documentation to fulfil our verification requirements.
