Notify Betzone of a customer bereavement

We understand this could be a difficult time for you, so want to make sure that we can action any customer bereavement contacts as quickly and simply as possible.


Our friendly Customer Support team are here to help.


We do have a process we need to follow when we're notified of the passing of one of our customers. This does involve some documents being sent across so we can update our records and then be able to share information with you.


We'd need a copy of:

1). The death certificate

2). A written statement that you are the executor of the will/estate

3). A letter of administration (if applicable)

4). A solicitor’s letter or copy of the will (if available)


If you can kindly provide the available documents above, along with any account information - such as email address of the account holder - by submitting an online webform (email) to our support team.


Once we have these documents, we'll be able to discuss the account with you and advise of the next steps.
