Why is cash out not available?

There are times when Cash Out may be unavailable. This could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. The market is currently suspended temporarily due to an incident in the match or market suspension. e.g. when the odds change after a goal, VAR review, break point, try etc.

2. The market you’ve bet on does not have cash out available.

3. The market you've bet on does not go in-play.

4. The cash out value for your bet is less than the free bet stake you may have used

5. The third-party provider we use who is covering the event has unfortunately not been able to continue coverage, as originally agreed. Pricing and cash out have been lost as a result.

6. A technical issue with the Betzone site, or an issue caused by your cookies.
