How do I send my documents?

In order to fulfill our obligations as a UK online operator, from time-to-time, we may contact you to request document to verify your account. 


There are a few ways to securely send these documents to us:

  • In response to an email we have sent you, requesting said documents.
  • Emailing support@betzone.co.uk directly.
  • Via a live chat to our Customer Support team.


Please be assured that any documents sent to us are protected by GDPR Regulations.
